GYOPO is a nonprofit organization that organizes free public programs and projects connected to diasporic Korean arts and culture in Los Angeles and beyond.
I was the Product Manager for the launch of GYOPO’s current version of the website and was responsible for the following:
- supervised the production timeline for the new website’s launch in September 2025
- collaborated with GYOPO’s designers in Figma on a cohesive style guide and visual identity
- worked with GYOPO’s Executive Director and Deputy Director of Operations to define an overall digital strategy and framework
- managed communication and deliverables from our freelance developers to ensure a timely launch
- built the foundation of the website in our new CMS and transferred all content and media assets from the previous website
